  3. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control
  4.  
  5. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal 
  6. Agreement between you and NCT Company for NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control. 
  7.  
  8. By installing, copying, or otherwise using and testing the
  9. NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control, you agree to be bound by the terms
  10. of this agreement.
  11. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install
  12. or use the NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control.
  13.  
  14. Any reproduction or redistribution of the NCTWavPlayer ActiveX
  15. Control not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly
  16. prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal
  17. penalties. 
  18.  
  19. Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of NCTWavPlayer
  20. ActiveX Control is as follows
  21.  
  22. You may:
  23. 1. Install the NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control and use it in your
  24. projects.
  25. 2. Create commercial applications using this control and distribute
  26. it with your executables, no royalties required
  27. 3. Create as many applications as you want
  28. 4. Receive support by e-mail to answer questions and solve problems
  29. referred to the control
  30.  
  31. You may not:
  32. 1. Create ActiveX OCX, DLLs, or any other derivative tools to be
  33. used at design mode in VB, VC++ or any other development tools.
  34. 2. Distribute the REGISTERED OCX INSTALLATION program or the
  35. license key in any way.
  36. 3. Create compiled OCX or DLL without requiring the license key,
  37. but to be used at design mode.
  38. 4. Use the OCX in any other container that is not a form.
  39. 5. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, and translate,
  40. make any attempt to discover the source code of this control.

  43. NO WARRANTIES.

  45. NCT Company expressly disclaims any warranty for the NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control.

  47. THE NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS
  48. PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  49. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
  50. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR 
  51. NONINFRINGEMENT.

  53. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF NCTWavPlayer
  54. ActiveX Control REMAINS WITH YOU.

  56. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL
  57. NCT Company BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
  58. OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  59. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS
  60. OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT
  61. OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE NCTWavPlayer ActiveX Control
